Alright, I know this looks very very peculiar but, It's definitely a work of magic. I love juice brands like Odwalla, and Naked but at $4.00 a bottle my wallet hurts a lot. A few days ago, I discovered a juicer in my kitchen. Once cleaned, I decided to test out different combinations of fruits and veggies. The end result: Two solid juice recipes I will stick to and, gross combinations that I will never use again! It was a long day of trial and error but I definitely got something out of it! The two juice recipes I have are my Kapple (Kale-Apple) Lemonade, and Carrot Grapefruit juice.
Kale is packed with tons of calcium, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and Iron. I love green smoothies and juices because it's an effective way to get a good intake of vegetables during your day. My Kale-Apple Lemonade is light, sweet, and tangy. Grapefruit is definitely a super food just like Kale. Grapefruit has Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and a bit of Calcium. Carrots have a ton of Vitamin A which is great for your skin and eyesight. The conclusion is... Everything you're putting into this juice is amazing and very beneficial towards your body! It also tastes great too!
